Executive Function: Making Daily Life Work

Executive function is the set of brain skills that lets us plan, organize, and regulate daily life. When those skills don’t line up with the world’s demands, kids get labeled “lazy,” parents feel like drill sergeants, and adults drown in unfinished to-dos.

This coaching lane is where we fix that not by “trying harder,” but by building systems, habits, and nervous system supports that fit your actual life.

🎒 Student Executive Function Coaching

For kids and teens who are bright but constantly behind the ones who know the material but can’t get the homework turned in, forget to study, or melt down at night.

We help students:

  • Break assignments into manageable, doable steps

  • Build routines that stick without parent nagging

  • Study skills and organization support

  • Develop advocacy skills for teachers and classrooms

  • Coaching for neurodivergent teens

  • Replace shame with tools that work for their brain

👉 This is for you if: you’re tired of every night being a battle over homework, and you just want your kid to have tools that work.

🏠 Executive Function Family Coaching

Executive function doesn’t live in one person it lives in the whole household. Family EF coaching is about building scaffolds everyone can use so the entire system runs smoother.

We work with parents and kids together to:

  • Create calendars, routines, and checklists that fit your actual home

  • Reduce constant conflict by externalizing systems instead of relying on memory

  • Balance needs so nobody feels like they’re carrying it all alone

  • Emotional regulation coaching

  • Shift the home from crisis-response to sustainable rhythm

👉 This is for you if: your home runs on chaos and reactivity, and you’re craving peace + predictability without rigidity

Adult Executive Function Coaching

For adults who feel like they’re always behind. Maybe you’re a late-diagnosed ND parent, a professional juggling too much, or someone who’s carried “not enough” your whole life.

We help you:

  • Untangle procrastination and paralysis

  • Build sustainable systems for time, tasks, and energy

  • Learn nervous system regulation so burnout isn’t baseline

  • Finally feel like life is moving with you, not against you

👉 This is for you if: you’re done living in survival mode and ready to actually feel caught up.

Why This Matters

This isn’t about “just be more organized.”
It’s about scaffolding life so ND brains and families can thrive. Practical, no-BS, rooted in lived experience and real tools.

🚦 Choose Your Path

🎒 Student Coaching → when school feels impossible and the fights never end.
🏠 Family Coaching → when the whole house is running on chaos.
🌿 Adult Coaching → when you’re tired of drowning in unfinished to-dos.

🔧 How It Works

  1. Book a Consult → Start with a 30-minute call so we can hear your story and identify where the biggest pain points are.

  2. Choose Your Package → Student, Family, or Adult Coaching each comes with a clear core service, plus optional add-ons (like ongoing tracking or meeting presence).

  3. Coaching Sessions Begin → Sessions are held virtually (or in person if local), usually 60–90 minutes. We don’t just “talk” we build strategies, systems, and scripts in real time.

  4. Between-Session Support → You’ll have access to email check-ins and resources so the work doesn’t get lost between sessions.

  5. Track Progress & Adjust → Executive function is a muscle. We check in, adjust, and make sure the systems actually stick.

This isn’t about trying harder. It’s about scaffolding your life so you (and your child) can finally exhale.
