The ND Mom Library
The answers you need. The way your brain needs them.
You shouldn’t have to decode legalese or sit through a 90-minute webinar just to write one sentence to your kid’s school.
You shouldn’t need perfect focus, a quiet house, or a full night of sleep to get clarity.
You just need the answer.
In a format that doesn’t make your nervous system shut down.
Welcome to the ND Mom Library, a growing vault of templates, scripts, somatic supports, and legal guidance created by someone who gets it.
This isn’t a sales funnel.
This isn’t another “just try harder” resource dump.
This is for the mom in freeze. The mom in fight. The mom in the fetal position whispering,
“I just want the words. Please just give me the words.”
We heard you. We made this for you.
A Note From Me to You
Hey you. Yeah, you. The one who hasn’t showered in three days, just reheated your coffee for the fourth time, and is Googling “how to write an email to school without sounding like you’re about to combust.”
Same. Same.
I built the ND Mom Library because I am you. I’ve sat in the car after an IEP meeting, mascara smudged, whispering, “I should’ve said ___” on repeat. I’ve stared at blank screens trying to draft the “right” email, only to end up doomscrolling or crying into a laundry pile.
And honestly? I got tired of pretending I had it all together while trying to advocate, mother, survive, and keep my nervous system from going full DEFCON-1.
So I started collecting answers. And turning them into resources I wish I’d had real things ND moms can actually use. Not more theories. Not another Zoom. Just the exact words, tools, and supports you need right now, without the shame spiral.
Everything in this library is written by a late-diagnosed, over-functioning, executive-dysfunctional, deeply tired ND mom who is finally learning to stop apologizing for needing things to be simpler.
So if you're here hoping for one thing that might make today easier?
You’re not asking for too much.
And you’re definitely not alone.
Come grab what you need.
And if you don’t see it yet?
Just ask. I got you.
