This isn’t a bootcamp. It’s a nervous system reimagining motherhood, built to move at the pace of safety not urgency.
We begin with a full-body audit of where you are now:
your nervous system patterns, parenting rhythm, capacity, sensory needs, and relational landscape.
From there, we co-create your reset calibrated to you.
Month 1: Regulate
Come home to your body.
This first phase is about creating safety not forcing change.
We’ll start slow, gently mapping how stress lives in your body, your parenting, your advocacy voice, and your daily life.
You’ll build your personal somatic regulation toolkit, explore co-regulation practices, and create space for micro-restoration.
By the end of this month, your nervous system will have an anchor. So will you.
Month 2: Rewire
Shift the story you’ve been surviving inside.
Now that you’re anchored, we start exploring what lives underneath the overwhelm.
We’ll gently identify the stories that have shaped your parenting (and your inner critic): perfectionism, people-pleasing, hyper-independence, shutdown. Then we begin to rewrite them from the inside out.
You’ll learn body-based tools to shift beliefs, reclaim agency, and speak from truth not trauma.
This month is about integration, not acceleration.
Month 3: Rise
Build the systems that support your next chapter.
This phase is about living your transformation—on your own terms.
Together, we’ll create:
Your story-based advocacy plan
Nervous-system-aligned EF systems that actually work
Co-regulation rituals for you and your child
Boundaries that protect your capacity and power
