  • IEP Add-On: 3-Month Support & Tracking

Because an IEP on paper isn’t enough. Schools are great at writing goals and even better at forgetting to follow through. This add-on makes sure they don’t.

    What’s Included

    Ongoing Document Review

I monitor your child’s IEP, progress reports, and school communication.

I flag red flags, missed services, or vague reporting before they become problems.

    Monthly Check-Ins

Once a month, we meet (virtually) to review progress, adjust strategy, and prepare for what’s next.

You’ll walk away with concrete action steps and scripts you can use immediately.

    School Accountability

I help you track whether accommodations are actually being implemented.

If the school tries to “file it and forget it,” we notice and respond.

    Why This Matters

Too often, parents are told: “We’ll monitor and adjust as needed.” What that really means: “We’ll wait until you complain.”

This add-on changes that dynamic. Instead of you chasing the school, I help you stay ahead of them.

Parents tell me this support makes the difference between:

    Endless second-guessing at home… and

Walking into meetings with data, confidence, and leverage.

    How It Works

Book the 3-Month Support & Tracking package.

Send me your child’s IEP/504 and any progress reports/updates as they come in.

We meet once a month for strategy + action planning.

I track documents and communications with you in real time, flagging concerns.

At the end of three months, you’ll have a clear record and plan for what’s next.

    Why Add This

Because accountability is everything. An IEP is not a one-and-done document it’s a living agreement. This add-on makes sure the school keeps its word, and that you’re never left wondering if you’re “overreacting.”

This isn’t extra. This is the follow-through your child deserves.

  • Meeting Presence- School IEP or 504 Meeting/ ADD ON

Sometimes the paperwork isn’t enough you need someone in the room with you. That’s where this add-on comes in.

When you choose Meeting Presence, I join you (virtually or in-person, depending on location) for your child’s IEP meeting. My role is not to take over your voice, but to strengthen it. I’ll help you:

Stay grounded and clear when the conversation turns fast or overwhelming.

Ask the right questions in real time so nothing gets overlooked.

Hold the team accountable to timelines, accommodations, and services your child is entitled to.

Translate the jargon into plain language so you leave knowing exactly what was said and what it means.

Parents often tell me that having an advocate present changes everything—it shifts the tone, the balance of power, and the outcomes. Instead of walking out wondering if you “missed something,” you’ll walk out with clarity and confidence.

This add-on is ideal if you:

Have a critical IEP coming up (annual, triennial, or re-evaluation).

    Anticipate pushback from the school.

Want to ensure your child’s needs aren’t minimized or ignored.

Simply don’t want to do it alone.

Pair this with your IEP Review + Parent Roadmap for the strongest impact: we’ll identify gaps ahead of time and then make sure they’re addressed in the meeting itself.
